Formation of Management Committee for Great Man-Made River Authority - Jabal al-Hasawnah System

The Council of Ministers appointed an 8-member management committee, chaired by Hashim Salem Ghabbar, to oversee the Great Man-Made River Water Investment Authority's Jabal al-Hasawnah al-Jufrah system. This committee assumes operational control of this specific segment of Libya's water infrastructure. The decision took immediate effect from April 30, 2022.
