Decision No. 332 of 2022 Approving Property Allocation for Oil Depot

The Council of Ministers approved the allocation of a land plot in Janzour to the National Oil Corporation for use by Brega Oil Marketing Company. The property will be used to establish and develop the Janzour Oil Depot facility.

This decision is operationally insignificant for most foreign investors—it is a routine administrative land allocation for an existing state-owned oil marketing company. However, it confirms the Government of National Unity's authority to allocate state property and indicates continued infrastructure investment in downstream petroleum logistics in the western coastal region.
