Decision No. 486 of 2023 Authorizing Export of Wool

The Ministry of Economy and Trade has lifted the export ban on wool of all types, effective immediately from August 27, 2023. This decision explicitly reverses Decision No. 106 of 2021, which had prohibited wool exports.

Foreign companies involved in wool trading, textile supply chains, or livestock products can now legally export wool from Libya.
